"I STOPPED IN THIS STORE DUE TO THEIR AT&T LOGO ON THE VISOR OF THE DOOR. I HAD LEFT MY PHONE AT MY DAUGHTERS AND COULD NOT EVEN CALL HER DUE TO THE WRONG NUMBERS IN MY ADDRESS BOOK. I STOPPED AT THE STORE AND THE PERSON WORKING THERE SUGGESTED TO USE THE P-SAN i857-WT/PK Samsung i857 double time quad band GSM/UMT SINCE I HAD AN UPGRADE ON MY ACCOUNT. THE SALES PERSON CLAIMED I STATED I DID NOT HAVE ANY MONEY AND SO SHE GAVE ME THE PHONE FOR NO CHARGE. THAT DAY WHILE DRIVING TO DALLAS,TX I GOT SEVERAL PH0NE CALLS AND COULD NOT ANSWER THEM DUE TO DIFFICULTY UNLOCKING THE PHONE. WHICH MEANT I DID NOT GET TO SEE MY ELDERLY AUNT AND COUSIN.
WHEN I GOT HOME IN SCHERTZ, TX, I WENT TO THE AT&T(OFFICAL) STORE IN THE FORUM ON IH 35 AND SELMA, TX, AND OBTAINED INSTURCTIONS IN HOW TO USE THE PHONE. I ASKED THEM IF THEY COULD TAKE BACK THE PHONE CHARGER THAT THE SALES PERSON SOLD TO ME WHICH I DID NOT NEED. THEY SUGGESTED TO TAKE IT BACK TO THE CELLUAR WORLD HERE IN SCHERTZ. I DID SO AND THEY REFUSED TO TAKE IT BACK SINCE I DID NOT BUY IT THERE.
ONCE MY DAUGHTER SENT MY ORIGINAL PHONE BACK I ASKED IF THEY COULD NOT TAKE BACK THE ABOVE PHONE. ONCE AGAIN I WAS TOLD BY 2 DIFFERENT AT&T PEOPLE AT THE STORE IN SELMA.
I THEN CALLED THE LONGVIEW, TX STORE AND GOT THIS RUN AROUND THAT I WOULD HAVE TO DRIVE THE PHONE BACK AND SIGN SOME PAPER WORK. SINCE I AM BUSY WORKING ON GETTING A POSITION THIS WAS NOT AN OPTION. I ASKED IF I COULD SEND THE PHONE AND THEY SEND THE PAPER WORK THE MANAGER REFUSED. SINCE THEN I HAVE WROTE THEM A LETTER OF INTENT AND SENT THE PHONE PRIORITY MAIN WITH A DELIVERY CONFORMATION STICKER. THE ENTIRE PACKAGE WAS RETURNED AND NOW AS OF TODAY I CAN NO LONGER RETURN THE PHONE."
