"I filled out a application for a loan of 8000 from Cedar Creek Financing I was approved if I sent in the first 3 months payments my first payment wouldnt be due till January2017 I westerned union them 712.45 they said I was approved I didnt recieve the money I called them and they said they wanted another 750 for the insuranance because my credit score was so low. I told them I didnt have it and I wanted my money back which I sent. They told me I would recieve it back by Oct. 19th I never got it back I called them this morning and tryed to talk to Mr. Harris and he hung up on me. I then called a women I was talking to etc.203 and she hung up on me. I have the contract and all conversation we had on my email also the receipt from the western union can you help me get my money back?The company is Cedar Creek Financing 633 Third Ave. Suite 201 New York,NewYork 10017 their Fax No. is 1-855-855-3795 Mr.Dan Harris etc. is 3 Their Phone No.1-888-605-3342 Their President Bernard Roberts"

  • This sounds like an advance fee scam, but from the note it looks as if you know that now. I am very glad you are reporting it. I hope they catch the bastards.

    Please do not feel bad. We have had some very successful clients who were scammed. Everyone has a weak spot and professional criminals know how to find it. Don't feel bad, GET EVEN.
