Claimant says:
"To Whom it May Concern, My Name is Charles H. Hamblet Jr. and Im filing a dispute towards an claim stating that i owe $451.05 towards a cancellation fee. This is an untrue claim because i did not have any DirecTV services since 2013. I've talked with DirecTV on numerous occasions and everytime i communicated with them they say my past account that i had with them was in good standing. I sent information to CBE Group about this situation and they are still pursuing me on these charges. These are false charges towards me and i don't agree to them. I just recieved a response from CBE Group on this matter and they still claiming that i owe this money to them or towards DirecTV. The information that i have from them is untrue. Information that is included is a false work order for DirecTV services stating that on the date of 5-30-2014 a technician came to my house and installed services. No DirecTV technician has come to my house since 2012. I know this is untrue information because the only reason why i had DirecTV services or any paid TV services is because at the time that i had service i had a wife and kids and since me and my wife have seperated/going through a divorce starting from april 2013 until now there is no need for me from that point on to have paid TV service."
