Claimant says:
"This individual held mail not belonging to her starting from May 2011 until Oct 2011 and other mail from 10-05-2012 and 01-10-2013 which she finally mailed to my address July , 2013. This mail had been opened and held which caused delinquent bills for our son. There had been a change of address put in but mail was still going to his old address. Ms. Castelazo knew this mail was not hers and continued to hold on to it illegally. Would you please research this matter so this will stop happening as this is indicating mail fraud on her part. I have documentation of the held bills that were not forwarded to the Woodland Hills address when Ms. Castelazo lived in Thousand Oaks, CA."

  • This matter was responded to/resolved years ago. However, is this harassment continues we will be forced to present the forged checks Aileen Jones has submitted in excess of 40k. Again, stop the unessesary harassment and false claims.

The claimant's settlement terms were rejected with the following explanation:
  • I disagree with the explanation / grounds provided

    "No mail was held. Aileen named her son THE EXACT name as her step son causing miscommunication in not only mail but her step sons credit. This mail was opened by her step son with the belief that it was his. As soon as the mail was discovered it wasn't her step sons it was immediately returned to her address due to the fact that we do not have a forwarding address for her maternal son. Again, the mail was not opened by me nor held by either one of us, coupled with the fact tat her son (Samuel Jr.) called his brothers job accusing him of several fabricated acts. He has a track record of accusing people of fictitious things, his own father fell victim to that (law enforcement was called). REQUEST, leave us alone and live your life. Mail that does not belong to us has no value to us...We are honest people who enjoy peace. STOP DITURBING THE PEACE."
