Claimant says:
"I Purchased a 3 month/4500 mile warranty with the purchase of a 2000 Dodge Dakota on 03/06/14. When I took it to get the oil changed on 03/15/14 at Precision Tune auto, it was discovered the inside welds inside the oil pan were damaged, causing the drain plug to continue to turn and not come out. The oil pan needed replacing. My warranty specifically state the oil pan was covered. I called Cars Protection Plus. They would not honor my warranty. I then had the AAMCO total car care company to call Cars Protection Plus and the technician told them the oil pan needed replacing. They still would not honor my service contract. It should be illegal to take a consumers hard earn money and not get what is stated in writing."
