Claimant says:
"In February 2011 I went to the office of Carl G Zoecklein, looking for help to save my home. They offered me a loan modification and their fee was $4,000.00. I was supposed to pay on installment, the first payment was $2,000 and the next month I payed the office another $500. Everything seems like they were working on my case with Bank of America, but one day I call Betsy Zoecklein which is Carl Wife and the one that handle the loan modification to check the status of my case and she said that nothing has being sent to Bank of America yet because she was waiting on some other paper work I was supposed to provide for her. I spoke to her soon after to realize she wasn.'t doing anything for me. she also told me that she didn't understand how the Bank didn't execute against my home and I was still living there I couldn't believe a person that was supposed to help me. I had request to this law firm that I need a refund if not all my money a least part of it, they told me that I have to come to the office to speak with the lawyer but before I checked with BA to find out that they never had sent any paper work to BA, they claim they did. This lawyer refused to return any money to me."

  • This client was not truthful in their disclosures and actually lied to the lender. Unfortunately in the process of Loan Modifications lenders frequently are not aware who has the file and state they have not heard from the Attorney. I have numerous happy clients!!!!!
