Claimant says:
"Car hop said as long as I had direct funds from my bank the warranty stands .The sales person Jane Olson is the person that told me that. They claimed I went over the miles where Is the proof the repair slip. I never saw it just lie after lie from this place. they claimed they called me countless of times asking me to pick up the car and keep making payments while the car does not work. How can this be done. The I got a friend to take me to the car shop they said the can not give me the things out of the car, because carhop said so. I will not stop with this until all paper work is brought in front of someone to hear both sides with all the evidence including the taped phone calls. Carhop claimed the American Arbitration never contacted them ,how did they just happened to call me? If they honor their contract, they did they put AA on their contract, when they told me they AA told me they want nothing to do with Car hop after I tried with them and returned my money?"
