Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"I purchased a vehicle at $75 a week a 2000 dodge Dakota over a period of 2 months I experienced many problems that the car lot would procrastinate to fix. (Spent an estimate of $450 for a service warranty plan that would allow multiple issues to be fixed for a $50 deductible.) after mentioning the issues that need fix my payments were raised twice. I called about a major engine issue (oil pressure constantly dropping withing 3000mi. of last oil change) and the assistant manager informed me that I had purchased the vehicle with 125000 miles on it it when in reality it had 141000 at time of purchase so therefor my my service warranty was not able to fix. After going over my personal contract copy and determining they voided the contract I returned the vehicle to the car lot where the assistant manager threatening to sue and acted in a very unprofessional business attitude and very untrustworthy. Many online posts show this is not the first incident where they have done the same actions toward other customers, I made many attempts with calls and visits, and was told to put sea foam electrical sealants, temporary problem solvers, major problems never addressed,"

A wonderful serenity has taken possession of my entire soul, like these sweet mornings of spring which I enjoy with my whole heart.

I am (not) alone, and I feel the charm of existence in this spot, which was created for the bliss of souls like mine...~ Goethe
