Claimant says:
"Contract misrepresentation: CR Boger states they installed gutters on our new home when the builder in fact, Reality Homes installed seamless aluminum gutters as a standard feature on our home, CR Boger Constructiom charged us an over inflated price $1900 plus dollars for no gutters and gutter covers.
They did not bother to check the box on the modified contract for the unknown changes and did not have us intial the contract boxes that were easily checked without our knowledge for the contract to install gutters. They had us sign a loan document stating the property for the loan was for gutter covers only. (No Mention of Gutters on This Loan Document. This company will do anything to defraud senior citizens like my wife and I that are on fixed income. Incidentally CR Boger never had us initial the contract boxes that were checked so they could further perpetrate the fraud to swindle us out of our hard earned social security money. Additionally, CR Boger states that the gutters were like the ones at Home Depot, they come in 10 foot sections. The gutters installed are seamless white. Further our sales contract with Reality Homes clearly depicts that the GUTTERS ARE SEAMLESS ALUMINUM and a Standard Feature on all Reality Homes. Our Bank Washington Fedral. had an appraisal done on our home at 45015 Fir Rd, Gold Bar, two weeks before CR Boger installed the gutter covers, and the appraiser noted our new home had aluminum gutters and downspouts before CR Boger installed the gutter cover screens that were over stated 110 feet and the gutters they allegedly installed were 110ft. There is an overage of feet that are unaccounted for. The whole ordeal was orchestrated by CR Boger of Kent, WA. We have been paying a long time on their phony contract. and we still owe 1st Security Bank over thousand dollars for job of installing gutter covers only normally around a $350 job. We want CR Boger to reimburse us for the full amount of the bogus contracts. CR Boger thinks were stupid old people that can be talked out of anything especially our hard earned money.   • We have worked with the BBB and provided the BBB with the paperwork that proves that this is a falsified, fraudulent claim. Furthermore if the harassment continues we will pursue further action.
