"am currently residing in a nursing home in san antonio. it is loud, smelly and certainly not where i want to be. tonight, i received no dinner. when i inquired, i was told that i did not place an order, and that there was no food left. do not place ur loved ones @ brookdale hollywood park. surely, they will die here. there is no proper care or concern. the state should come see this place. it is discusting."
