Claimant says:
"Brian Hoag Concrete owned by Brian Hoag 532 Gale Ave Pittsfield Ma 01201 contractedwith me to remove an old concrete garage floor and replace it with a new one . The work was done and he was paid in full on 4/12/2014. At the time of completion I expressed grave concern at the mottled blotched appearance of the finish which seemed to have dried in a way that I had neve seen before,nor had he. I was assured that in due course it would look normal and that he would come back again with his concrete supplier onto whom he was laying any blame for any product deficency.
Almost two months later he has not answered my repeated phone calls nor has he shown up to clear the area in front of the garage which was totally cut up by the concrete truck.
I have informed him legal proceedings are being reviewed but that it will be a costly business which he may wish to avoid, and could simply avoid, by meeting with me and his supplier.so that the matter can be resolved."
