Claimant says:
"Obtained an interest free loan of $1425.00 for Brenda to purchase a motorcycle. There was a 3% transaction fee of $42.75 for a total of $1467.75. She agreed to pay back the loan at $100.00 per month and to pay off before the interest kicked in at a later date. She paid back $300.00 and then stopped sending the payment to me. Her attitude )changed for some unknown reason and she told me to leave her alone. I, now have to make the payments to the credit card company to keep my credit in good standing. I wish to get the money she still owes me ($1167,75) in a lump sum or for her to turn the motorcycle over to me with title so I can do whatever I choose to do with it. After all, I am paying for it."

  • She owes me money too! Borrowed $1000 from me, plus another $200 to get her car out of towing. Repaid $500, never saw the rest!
