Claimant says:
"My car key was taken from my apartment. money was taken from my apartment $500.00. someone enters my apartment with a key that I did not give them when I am not home. I can not put my own lock on the apartment door. Privacy invasion as if other tenants in unit know what I am doing and saying in my apartment along with management. Mary gave me a notice to leave premises with no reason on it that I do not appreciate. I was accused by Mary of blaming tenants of causing a cocaine and weed smell to come into my apartment in which she said is not occurring though there are other tenants complaining of the same smell so I pin pointed it. The hall way smell was terrible until I started complaining. I do not want to get high off of other tenants drugs. I do not want their apartment inside of mine. we had a problem with tenants trash in hall and the security door always open or broke. Very insecure and tenants quest wanting to start a argument because I didn't let them in. its not my job to inconvenience myself for someone else when they know very well that they are being a nuisance or disturbing the peace with or without children. Excluding me from chaos and examples is good and appreciated. The smell still exist though it seems as if someone is protecting it. Most of the tenants appreciated the note I put in the hall pertaining to their health, welfare and safety, though I can not say that about the manager owner using threatening warning notices on tenants such as myself is why I'm labeling this situation discrimination. Mary do not want to be bothered about the smell.
