Message from Claimant: No, sorry; I'd prefer to use PeopleClaim, particularly since I received no response whatsoever from customer service when I originally emailed you. I have spent a large part of my life on the phone trying to sort out problems that should have been easily resolved, and life is just too short to do that anymore. PC is a good way to keep it simple and reasonable. Thanks.
