Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"on 1/14/14 I purchased a 39" TV and charged it to my account at Best Buy It was picked up by my wife and myself at the store at 300 brown rd in auburn hills. upon returning to my home I discovered the set had a white line on the side and a slight dent on top. I returned it to the customer service desk and was met by mike rodriguez who identified himself as the sales support manager. He opened the box and took it in the back. After reviewing it with his staff he denied its return and stated any damage caused was not the result of anyone from Best Buy or the factory. I stated he must feel that I am lying to him which his reply was the same as he said earlier. I notified your corporate office and explained the problem and today I was told by Lee Brant that Best Buy believed rodriguez and they would not replace the TV. When asked brant if he believed I was lying I was told there was no more need to carry on this subject and hung up."
