Claimant says:
"I found an apparant available 2 bedroom apartment through craigslist from ben leeds properties i talked to mr. rojas, he said that he had an apartment available and that i can come and fill out an application and pay the $25.00 per person fee for credit check that they require, on the day i was to arrive i called mr.rojas to verify that the apartment was still available, he said yes come today, but when i arrived with my friend he said the apartment had already been rented two hours ago, i was surprised since i had just talked to him on the phone about the availability of the apartment. But as i was driving home i asked my friend to call mr. rojas (he did not know it was my friend calling) and ask him if there is still an apartment available, and mr.rojas said Yes! there is, so basically i was lied to and discriminated against because me and my friend are gay, this company are discriminating against me and wasting time, if they feel you are different or not like them, i called to complain but they just ignore my calls, PLEASE NO ONE RENT FROM THEM! THEY ARE BIGGOTS!"
