Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"I ordered a sample of cream from this company for $2.98. This was charged to my bank
Master Charge Card. I was to use it for 2 weeks and then cancel if I did not want to continue the order. About a week later I had to have surgery and was in the hospital when the order needed to be canceled. I canceled it a few days late. A
few days after that I received a "regular" order in a plain padded envelope with no information, envoice, or instructions. My account was charged $89.98 for one oz. of cream. When I called and talked to them they were not very professional and refused to send me a refund even though I said I had not opened the jar and would send it back. The comapny sent me two more jars and charged me $49.98 each.

The dates are as follows:

3-24-12 sample charged to me $2.98
4-09-12 regular product $89.98
6-04-12 regular size $49.98
7-04-12 regular size $49.98

The June and July Items were sent from a company with a different telephone number.
When I called this number (877-411-4920) it was identified as Belisi Skincare.

I did all that I could do to be fair and courteous with these people. When I ordered the sample I did not know what the cost of the product would be. They did not send me any printed materials at all with the product. I would not have ordered the sample if they
had done so. They did send me a card to send back to them as I explained in a previous paragraph. I am 82 years old, on a fixed income and simply cannot afford this."

  • Where were the "Terms of Agreement" found? I do not recall seeing any paperwork except notification to call you before two weeks if I wanted to cancel.

    I called Belisi on July 24 and (I believe it was Amber) who told me cancellation forms would be sent to me. They never were.

    I will send the products back and only ask for $100.00 for my time if you will pay my other expenses as recorded on the first claim.

    To answer your questions of the two addresses......Our warehouse where we ship all orders is located in Michigan. Our product is made and our corporate offices are in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.
    Reviewing our written notes and calls from the call center the first letter for cancellation was sent to you on May 5, 2012 and we waited two months for the return of it. No return. Then a second letter for cancellation was sent July 27,2012 and still no letter of cancellation. The first we heard was from Peopleclaim.com.
    It is not necessary to return the product at this point and we have refunded you for all orders except the trial order. We have used our attorney and customer service dept at length to resolve this matter.

  • We have already refunded you for all orders except the trial $2.98. You have not returned any product which is not necessary at this time. We do NOT refund charges that were not initiated by our company and charged to your credit card. It was your choice to go to Peopleclaim.com instead coming directly to us. I have sent many emails to your private email and NO response. Total refunded is $189.94 which has already been credited to your credit card.

  • I guess I need to update you on my efforts to get a refund from you. My first contact with anyone was with you on May 5th when I called you and asked to cancel the account and for a refund. The person I spoke to was not at all interested in my satisfaction and was not very professional. At that point I took my dispute with the charges to my bank. On July 23 I received a letter from the bank saying they could no longer assist me on the April 9th dispute and I had to take it up with you. It was at that time I decided to use PeopleClaim because it was clear I wasn't getting anywhere with you. My claims are mine and mine alone. I have never received any word from you except what has been shown on these claims. You still have not answered my last offer.
    I will return your unopened jars at anytime.

Message from Belisi.Com-Skincare: All customer who order from our company agree to the Terms of Agreement BEFORE their orders are processed. The customer needs to send letter of cancellation and return the product. This customer has not written us a letter of cancellation or returned any product. As a courtesy I am refunded the last three order. $189.94.
