"The box said that nothing else was needed, so I bought it .I found, however that I would need a $30.00 modem before I could use it . I took it back and tried to contact them to cancel but all I got was recordings each time I called. Chatted on help line . Nothing . They have taken 4 payments of $12.61out of my Discover card , and won't give it back even though I never used the service .
I want my money back . I live on SS&MC."

Message from Claimant: Dear Sirs,
I received your refund of $50.20 . However the full settlement was for $60.00. Now it is for $60.20 . That leaves you owing me $10.00 . That includes the price of this service co.to help me get the refund. The total you owe me is $10.00 . I believe this to be a fair price for all of the problems I had getting you to communicate with me and acknowledging my problem with your co.
