Claimant says:The box said that nothing else was needed, so I bought it .I found, however that I would need a $30.00 modem before I could use it . I took it back and tried to contact them to cancel but all I got was recordings each time I called. Chatted on help line . Nothing . They have taken 4 payments of $12.61out of my Discover card , and won't give it back...
