Claimant says:
"They put my home in foreslosing proceedings after not applying payments that they cashed, I called repeatly with no answer from my customer realtionship manager. In fact she set up two appointments for a phone call and didn't keep either one and that is only after I made a complaint with the BBB. Now they are trying to charge me lawyers and court fees and back taxes which should have been paid in 2010! I have tried to work with them and the lawyer they hired but have not been able to get anywhere. After sending proof of my payments instead of credit to my loan they return a check to us in the amount and proceeded with the foreclosing anyway. I consulted a lawyer who thinks I have a strong case but I do not have money to hire him..I have proof that my home was current until they held my payments and returned them to me.My home should have never been in foreclosure and I do not want to pay these fees. I live in Wisconsin and we have had snow since September 2012 yet they are charging me for cutting my grass (which they never did) in October and November when we clearly had snow. We are being scammed by this company and it is about time someone does something about it starting with me. I need help!!"

  • They have still not resolved this issue I spoke with a Rep from the CEO office today only to be told that she is still waiting on a response from the litagation dept because some are saying there is no fees showing and some are saying there is...Just another one of Bank Of America's games I am so emotionally drained and stressed out that I am having anxiety attacks when will this be resolved!

  • Got a call from Dave from Fannie Mae who is the investor on my loan and is suppose to help me! He called only to tell me that he got word from Bank of America that they will not be doing anything about my fees, yet that is not what I was told from a BAC rep!! Will somebody do something??

  • I am in the process of filing a claim in court agaisnt Bank Of America, because this is still not resolved and they are not even communicating with me as I would like....everytime I talked to a Rep they have no new information. Now I am set to close on this home on Friday and I will end up paying for all these fees.And that is why I am filing a small claims lawsuit to recieve that money back
