Claimant says:
"I open a account with Bank of America in July of 2013. I put in $6,100. cash money. They closed the account the next reason saying they do not have to give a reason and kept my money. I have made so many phone calls and been lied to time and time again. After wait over 90 days they issue a certified check I deposit it in my bank did not notice they back dated the check plus the check did not clear with my bank because they had put a stop payment on the check. They refuse to return my money lies after lies. So much hardship so much stress. I truly need help this money was for starting up a business which has not been able to start and cross me more loss of money due to expense I paid on a year due and expense I couldn't pay to move forward."

  • The bank has given me only the money I put in back in Aug 2013. No interest, no damages or any other compensation for causing all the hurt and stopping me from having access to my money as well as opening my business. BANK OF AMERICA IS A RIP OFF.
