Claimant says:
"Bad things happen to good people at times and mistakes do happen.With me saing that I am an abiding citizen and actually a veteran of the USNavy during the time of the 1992 war.I miscalculated my checking and had a check in the amount of 15.13 bounce as soon as I was aware of the check I went to my bank I paid my bank fees at that visit and was advised to stop payment of the check, and I did so. I then went to Dominoes where the check was originally written to pay the check and the return fee. The young lady that I spoke with informed me that their store was robbed and all checks were stolen and not to worry @ it there was nothing that could be done. Months later I get a letter from bad check agency for the amount of 95.00. I was concerned why and what the additinal charges were. I spoke with Dominoes headquarter associate named Kim she listened and said if I pay the check amount and 30.00 it could be resolved to call the bad check dept.I did so,I was speaking with an associate by the name of Heather 662-234-3304 ext 202 on the date of 10-12-12 she was so rude I did not get any infomation she told me she was tied of peopl but yet she has a job with the public. I assured her I was not trying to avoid paying I just dont want to pay more due to the information that I was given on the date I went to the store to pay.I got off the phone in tears the way she spoke to me was unprofessional and no neccessary. I asked to speak with her boss she said she didnt have one she was the boss. Its unfair to me and any other human to go thru such treatment and she didnt give me a fair option to handle the issue,she stated "You committed a crime and Im turning it in to justice courts.I really wanted o handle it before going so far,but I didnt get the proper assistance from the agency. I am hurt, disrespected,and treated unfairly I would like to speak with Ms Heather's supervisor just to let them know that situations happen and understanding and communication is the key. Our world could be a better place it just takes effort. She works with the public and should do better I just wanted to understand the whats and whys and in return I got bad treatment"
