"I PURCHASED SOFTWARE FROM AVAST IN SEPTEMBER '16 FOR $25.82 (97336519) AND WHEN IT DID NOT WORK AVAST SAID I NEEDED MORE SOFTWARE WHICH I PURCHASED 10/17/16 FOR $32.43 (99825679). STILL UNABLE TO USE THE SOFTWARE. CONTACTED AVAST AT LEAST TEN TIMES AND EACH TIME THEY SAID "YOUR CHECK IS IN THE MAIL" OR"YOUR REFUND HAS BEEN POSTED TO YOUR CREDIT CARD". TODAY IS 12/21/16 AND I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND.

REFUND OF $58.25 IS DUE PER YOUR ADVERTISED GUARANTEE THAT IF SOFTWARE DOES NOT WORK A REFUND WILL BE ISSUED.
I WILL HAVE MY PROBLEM POSTED TO ALL WEB SITES OF APPROPRIATE ENTITIES."
