Claimant's opinion: Auto World Kia service did not check up deep what is going on with my car. I feel like they are taking advantage of me to pay repair again. I just paid for repair. Why they did not check up too deep? They checked up on base.
I am not happy with AutoWorld Kia because the service did not doing repair well. I found out that they forgot to put something that missing parts. I paid everything what they already repair. They told me to pay again for replacement something. The service did not check up too deep. They just checked up on base then thats it. They did not take care of my car well.
I brought my car to Chevrolet. GMC checked up too deep and they found something missing parts and some problem with engine. The service from Auto world kia did not tell me everything. The car was abandoned for a long time and Chevrolet paid to have the car fixed. AutoWorld Kia have to pay them for everything.
Let me try to get the facts straight before suggesting a resolution - can you confirm the facts are as follows:
1) You bought a used car from AutoWorld Kia. With warranty or without? When did you buy the car?
2) 7/16 The car broke down, you paid for it to be towed to AutoWorld Kia and paid $940 for repairs related to overheating.
3) The car initially wouldn't start when you went to pick it up. However, the dealership got it started - but then it broke down again the same day and was towed back to AutoWorld Kia. Auto world could not diagnose the problem.
4) Chevrolet then had the car towed to them and discovered that the original repairs made by AutoWorld Kia were defective and parts were missing. As a result, there was further damage (is that right?) and it will cost $4,000 to repair the car properly.

PeopleClaim is a new way to resolve disputes online without lawyers or mediators. By inviting suggestions from the public, disputing parties get ideas that can lead to settlement – and the person(s) who contributed them can win a reward.
Here's what to do: Read the case (left side of page). Then go to the bottom of the page and enter your suggestion in the space provided. Click the Solution button.
Your suggestion will be sent to both parties and will post on the claim. If the two sides agree to settle based on your suggestion, you're eligible to win. Note: Cash rewards may be split among more than one person if settlement depends on ideas from more than one contributor. If you have a claim of your own to resolve, click here.
You can submit up to three solutions / rebuttal, you would like to settle or to be voted on.
