Claimant says:
"I was sold a warranty for tires and wheels with the purchase of a used truck through this dealership at the end of April of this year. I told the finance manager I didn't want this warranty and went to the dealership less than a month later and obtained a statement from him stating he would cancel this warranty. I was supposed to receive a refund in full, he indicated to me that the refund would be sent to the lender to pay down the principal balance. I told him this was ok with me. As of today months later the lender, Wells Fargo has yet to receive this. I've never received anything in the way of information on this warranty it's called the "Safeguard tire and wheel warranty" I have no way of contacting them to cancel it, can you help me with this dealship?"
