"My name is Frank Nwafor, resident in Irvington, NJ, USA. I represent Elmina Castle Limited, a company registered in Nigeria, whose principal officer is Ikechukwu Nwafor. On July 18, 2012 we paid the sum of $22,000.00 to Auto Express of 2741 Virginia Avenue, Narrows, Virginia 24124, whose principal officers are Rodney E Mann and Joyce T Dudding, for a used CAT 225 Excavator, Stock #2074, Serial #79V12499 for shipment to Nigeria. They do not deny receipt of payment. We made payment to their nstructions to:

  • It sounds as though there has been a break in communication but it is a good sign that the company has responded on this site. According to their response, the machine is sitting at a port. Have you checked port records to find out if the machine is actually there? If it is, then it could be considered an item paid for and received and you can work to get it shipped to Nigeria. If the machine is not there, perhaps you can communicate with the seller via this website since they did respond to your claim once. It seems they are willing to help you resolve this issue. Best of luck in resolving this.
