Claimant says:
"I Deatrice Jackson order parts from Auto Body Fit Network LLC. I called to track my order and the lady that answer the phone but u straight on hold for over 30 mins. I kept calling and she put u on hold again for a long time. I called the next day and she put me on hold again. Called again yelling in the phone to tell her am not going to hold and before u can finish she put u on hold. Called back this time by me yelling in the phone she got my tracking number and she put me on hold over 15 mins before i hung up. Went home and went on website to see if they had something on their to track orders and i filled that information out. Waited for 3-6 days for a e-mail from them and no answer. Called back i yelled and asked for a manager but me on hold for a long time. Now am mad cause if they have so many calls coming in they need more people to answer the phone and the person answer the phone got bad customer service. Now at this time i send a message to the manager under the website and it been 3 days no answer. I called back to tell them i dont want the order and to send me my money back. This company have a employee making their business bad to me and might be other customer. This need to stop if so or get more people on the phones and computers. All I want is my money back. Please e-mail me to let me know the outcome."
