"THE HANDLING OF A SLIP AND FALL FOR OVER 12 YEARS AND STILL ONGOING WHY???? I WOULD LIKE MY RIGHTS UNDER THE WORKMAN COP LAWS. 1. MY MILEAGE MONEY FROM MY REQUEST JUNE 1998 UNTIL 2005 AND I WILL BE SENDING TO YOU THE REPORT FROM 2005-2011. THE REASON I HAVEN'T SENT IT YET BECXAUSE I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR 12 YEARS THE RIGHT TO MILEAGE FOR THE 1998-2005. I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY $5000 VOCATIONAL TRAINING MONEY THAT I SIGNED LEGAL DOCUMENTS IN 1999 THAT I DO HAVE COPIES ON FILE BECAUSE I WAS NOT TRAINABLE. I WAS TOLD I WILL NOT BE ABLE TO RETURN TO WORK AGAIN. I ALSO WANT MY 4113.871.27DATED 12/15/2008 FOR SETTLEMENT AGREED UPON I HAVE COPIES. I WANT MY MONEY THAT YOU HAVE PROVIDE VERY BAD SERVICE. IT DON'T TAKE NO ONE 12 YEARS TO SETTLE A NON CONTEST INJURY. PLUS MY MILEAGES AND VOCATIONAL TRAINING MONEY NO 12 YEARS. WHEN I WAS INJURIED I WAS 48 YEARS OLD I AM NOW 61 YEARS OLD THATS A LONG TIME WAITING ON A SIMPLE SLIP AND FALL CASE. LONGER THAN A DEATH CASE.I AM NOT WALKING AWAY OR GIVING UP FOR Y RIGHTS IF IT TAKES A 100 YEARS. OH BY THE WAY I WILL BE ASKING FOR INTEREST ION Y MONEY. 12 YEARS WORTH OF INTEREST RATHER IT OUT OF YOUR POCKET OR WHOEVER IS AT FAULT. I DON'T CARE ITS A LEGAL MATTER NOW. PLUS I WILL BE ASKING FOR ATTY FEE FOR REPRESENTATION. ALL I WANT IS MY RIGHTS UNDER THE LAWS OF CALIFORNIA
