Claimant says:
"I went to purchase a new phone Note 3 device for $320 at ATT Corporate store. They gave me a box with two seals but I believe in the store and started using the phone.

It started giving me all different kind of problems and I went to store to exchange it but they were rude and made me to go through a lot of mental tension and my wife is a pregnant and she was agitated and stressed because of this action since we were not left with a lot of options from the store people.

I order a phone from ATT online and I got a brand new box.

Would like to sue against them saying that they might be giving us refurbished or opened boxed to customers which is not the worth they pay for it."
