Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"I had a AT&T Uverse bundle account that I was promised would not increase in price.. but over last year my cost increased dramatically, forcing me to terminate my services with them. I sent back to them all of the equipment that I had from them, and paid my bill, but they had overcharged me... and sent me a final billing telling me that they have 75.00 of my money on account there if I should ever choose to do business with them again. I am not able to reach anyone in customer service. There are recording that get you to the right department.... that never happened. I am no longer their customer... so I get hung up on every time that I call. They are not equipped to listen to problems like mine that are outside of their knowledge group. I have been ill recently and need that money to pay doctor bills.... so please help me get this problem reconciled as quickly as possible. It has been two months and I cannot reach anyone to resolve this problem. I am not impressed with AT&T;s customer services."
