Claimant says:
"We signed up with AT&T Nov. last year for the monthly fee of $!34 to save money. We have never received a statement for that amount. It has been from $157.37 to $236.74. Within two days I called to say the computer was not working and was told it would be $99 to come out. We were never informed that. From November to March we had no phone service. We called numerous times, and even sent a letter to the CEO which was returned. I cancelled our service in Feb. and we are being billed for even May of this year. We stopped paying for Feb. since we were not getting any service. From Nov. to then, we paid for service never received. We have been turned over to a collection agency even after I sent letters stating why we were not paying. We are senior citizens in poor health and in need of phone. Our daughter called every month as well. Our credit rating ranks in the very top but we were tired of paying for service never received."
