Claimant says:
"AT&T is charging me (Jason Hurtarte) 89.92 for service that was never provided. I have been sent to the collections agency for collections. Since January 2012 I have been trying to tell AT&T about this fraudulent bill they have been trying to make me pay. I have spoken numerous of times so they can handle this problem and there is no dept in att that is able to help me. This Bill which in fact is over at I.C. Systems (collection agency) notified me that If I don't pay by 05/11/2012 It would be hitting the credit bureau. I have been working really hard to get my credit up and going again. Nobody in AT&T, even the supervisor, Ressel ID # RR975V, has been able to help me. It seems that every body has been trying to run from the problem instead of helping the consumers. I don't think that I should be responsible for paying for something that I didn't even use nor have. I would appreciate if you were able to get to the bottom of this.
