"I and god ony knows how many other thousands of people are in the same place as me. I had a Aspire Credit Card, and one dayI get a etter and a pohone callsaying Iowe them at the tim somewhere around 1000.00 dollars. And was making payents every month. then becase the economy was going bad nd teir mai place is over seas and have only tw brances in the United States, one in Atlanta and not sure where the other is they decide to take all of our ards away and tell us it is for that reason. The Economy!!!!!!! Well gee I think we all know this. So people are making payments and it is not making a dent in the amont I owed as I read a Marine on googling was having the same problem. QWe are or were for me, had enough of the threating phone calls so I jus5t told them I was going to file a suit on them. I
Now theyare callng every day starting from 8:00 a.m. CT time untill 9:00 CT time. So what am asking is that others out there going thru the same thing to ge together and filea suit against them on regnining on there end of the contact. Who in the world especially a credit card from Over Seas stops their business an then expects the full amount until just a few weeks ago to settle for l"
