Claimant says:
"I bought a mattress and a bed frame about three weeks ago. When they delivered the bed and mattress I expressed then that the mattress did not fit the frame. The delivery guys called the warehouse and they told me I would have to wait till someone came out and messure it before they could do anything. We slept on the mattress until someone came out. During those few days we realized that our feet were higher than our head when sleeping and that there was no way to lay comfortably on this bed. When their expert came out he stated that it was the right size and would not listen to me. I even ask him to lay on the bed and he refused. I have tried taking care of this at store level and their customer sevice line but they will not help because Ashleys has a no return policy on their mattresses. Well if that is the case they need to replace the bed frame with something that fits the mattress. Please help! Marie Murray 1-360-708-0096"
