Claimant says:
"My 85 year old mother purchase a sofa for me on 8/1/2010 from Ashley furniture. She paid cash which was our second mistake. First mistake was walking into this store.They delivered this sofa on 8/5/2010 and they could not get it up my stairs and into my entrance. This was a sectional 2 piece sofa.They took the sofa right back. I called the Monday after this day which was a Saturday. They told me to call back cause they had no info yet. Well i spoke to the manager and they say they are takinf 30% off and 10% for del charges to go back to the warehouse. Total cost for this was $873.59. The refund check will be $524.16. I explained this is my 85 year old Mom and this is totally unfair.I have called 6 times now to see when my refund check will be sent. They put me on hold and once they said it takes 21 days, well it is way past that. I will never go to this store and i will tell everyone i know not to go there. Please help me since no one there will."
