I ordered an as seen on tv product on 9/12/16 and paid 5.99 for 2 day shipping. It has been 2 weeks today and I still havent received the product, a phone call, or anything. I paid $25 and some change for the product. I have called twice and its a recording picking up on the call number. How would I go about getting my money back?

Please note, every time we receive an email the auto reply is sent. It is automatic. Your order has shipped and tracking was emailed to you at the time of shipment. These emails sometimes go to your spam folder, our apologies if it was not received. We will email this tracking number to you again.
