Claimant says:
"Aqua Fin. is holding a lien against my home that is a fraud. Aqua Fin. had an business relationship with a company named RenuEn/SDI Solar that defrauded many people and I was one of them. I have tried many times to tell Aqua Fin. that I've never filled out any type of loan application with them ever. Aqua Fin. gave RenuEn/SDI Solar 17,085.00 for equipment that was to be installed in my home and was found to be a fraud. Now Aqua Fin. has a lien on my property for none payment of the 17,085.00. This is NOT my loan, but Aqua fin. wants me to pay for the money that they gave Renuen/SDI Solar. They are holding 17,085.00 from the sale of that home. I have provided Aqua all kinds of documents from the Attorney Generials Off. that is investigating both RenuEn and Aqua Fin. for defrauding people in the state of Florida. By Aqua Fin. doing this to me has put me in the hospital many times due to the stress this has caused on my life. Please Aqua Fin. do the right thing and go after the people that took your money and it's wasn't ME. I willing to be a witness for your company if you release my money and go after RenuEn/SDI Solar"

  • I just found out that Aqua Fin. has TWO liens on my home. One for an "water treatment system" and I've never had that in my home "EVER", along with one for a "solar air cond. system" and I've never had one of those either. This company has done nothing to fix any of this and they have put a "black mark" on my credit and they should have NEVER done. What scum bags. I cant wait to get them into court. Aqua fin. is going to be very, very sorry that EVER scammed me.
