Claimant says:
"In May 2011 my refrigerator stopped cooling as the result of not being able to defrost. I found Anthony's on the web. The technician made a service call to my home and replaced the thermostat, timer, and heat unit. I gave him a check for $285. This was to cover parts and labor. The unit worked for about two weeks and began icing up again. He has now made a total of 5 trips to my home and appears to be guessing as to what the problem may have been. Two weeks ago he was going to come to my home and bring another person who may have been able to shed more light on the problem. He failed to show that Saturday or call me. I contacted the only phone number I have for him which is a cell and he stated he had something else come up and the friend had to go out of town. I advised Anthony's technician (It may be Anthony himself) that I needed the unit fixed or I needed a refund on the labor portion of the till which was $135, so I could get someone else to come and do the repair. He did not give a satisfactory response and I advised him I would report him to the BBB. I have heard nothing."
