"I WENT INTO THIS COMPANY, WHO I HAVE BEEN DOING BUSINESS FOR MANY YEARS, TO HAVE 4 PAIRS OF GLASSES CONVERTED INTO DARK DRIVING FILM FRAMES. WHILE THERE, THEY PULLED UP MY LAST EXAM AND SAID I SHOULD HAVE A NEW NEW SINCE IT HAD BEEN AWHILE SINCE THE LAST ONE. I AGREEDED. IT TOOK 7-10 DAYS TO HAVE 2 PAIR (I KEPT THE OTHER 2 PAIR) FILMED OVER. THIS IS THEIR USUAL TIME SANDARD AND I HAVE NOT PROBEMS WITH THAT. WHEN THE 2 PAIR ARRIVED, I TOLD THEM IMMEDIATELY THAT I COULD NOT SEE OUT OF THEM AND IT WAS THE WRONG EXAM PUT IN MY GLASSES. THEY TOLD ME TO WAIT A FEW DAYS AND THEN LET THEM KNOW. I WENT IN THE NEXT DAY AND TOLD THEM THAT EVERYTHING WAS A BLUR. THEY HAD ANOTHER OPTOMITRIST GIVE ME AN EXAM AND TOLD ME THAT THEY HAD ORIGIANLLY GAVE ME THE WRONG PRESCRIPTION. THEY TOLD ME I HAD TO DRIVE FOR 7-10 DAYS WITH THE GLASSES WHILE THEY WORKED ON 1 PAIR TO SEE IF IT WAS THE CORRECT PRESCRIPTION. I DRIVE TO AND FROM WORK AND ALMOST HAD 2 ACCIDENTS. THEY CLAIMED THEIR LAB IN ATLANTA HAD THE NEW PRESCRIPTION AND I TOLD THEM TO PUT AN OVERNIGHT RUSH ON IT AS I WAS NOT ABLE TO SEE (TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE, I WORK IN A DELI AT A LOCAL GROCERY STORE AND WAS NOT ABLE TO READ MOST OF THE NUMBERS). THEY ALL SEEMED TO TAKE THIS AS I JOKE AND I TOLD THEM I WAS GOING TO FILE A CLAIM WITH BBB AND WAS SAID TO DO SO. I PAID 666.OO FOR FOR LENSES. I KEPT THE FRAMES AS I HAD PURCHASED THEM THERE OVER THE PAST FEW YEARS AND LIKED THE CHANGE PERIODIOCALLY. AFTER 10 DAYS, THEY GAVE ME THE FRAMES WITH THE NEW LENSES, WHICH I A WEARING AND IT HAS BEEN CLOSE TO TWO WEEKS AND STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE REMAINING 3 PAIR OF GLASSES. THEY SAID THEY WOULD DROP THE 91.60 BALANCE DUE AT TIME OF FINAL PICKUP UP AND I TOLD THEM THAT WAS AN INSULT. I WANTED THEM TO PAY THE ENTIRE BILL AS NOT ONLY DID THEY PUT MY LIFE IN DANGER, BUT OTHER DRIVERS ON THE ROAD WHILE I WAS TRAVELING. I FINALLY HAD A FRIEND PICK ME UP AND TAKE ME TO WORK FOR 4 DAYS, BUT STILL COULD NOT SEE AT WORK AND HAD SEVERE HEADACHES. THEY TREATED THIS MATTER AS NOTHING AND HAVE REPLIED TO BBB THAT THEIR OFFER OF 91.60 STOOD AS IS AND THERE WAS NOTHING ELSE THEY COULD DO FOR ME. I AM NOT ONE TO COMPLAIN, BUT I DON'T KNOW WHAT THAT 10 DAYS DID TO MY EYES (I AM NOT SEEING THE NORMAL WAS I SHOULD HAVE IN THE BEGINNING AND THE NIGHT GLARE IS NO LONGER THERE) HOWEVER, I FEEL THAT THERE SHOULD BE SOME KIND OF COMPENSATION MADE FOR THE INCONVENIENCE ALONE. I SPOKE WITH A FEW PEOPLE WHO SAID THERE HAVE BEEN OVER 400 COMPLAINTS IN THE PAST 3 YEARS AGAINST THIS COMPANY. I AM ASKING FOR THE FULL PRICE OF THESE GLASSES REFUNDED PLUS 5000.00 IN DAMAGES. THIS HAS BEEN THE WORST EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE AND ONCE I PICK UP THE REMAINING 3 PAIR (WHEN EVER THEY CALL ME) I WILL NEVER RETURN THERE AGAIN. IT WAS WALKING DISTANCE FROM MY HOUSE AND JUST CONVENIENT, BUT THE RUDE PEOPLE I HAD TO DEAL WITH AND THAT INCLUDES THE MANAGEMENT AT THE LOCAL STORE AS WELL AS THE NATIONAL HEADQUARTERS HAS BEEN INCREDIBLE."
