"They performed maintenance on my car, never finished it, I was told to drive car for a few days and bring it back and they would finish work on next maintenance item for which they quoted me replacing of front end components totalling $1,250.00 they replaced parts but never resolved original issue and never completed original work, I was asked for cash for work done, I needed my car so I took it and wrote note on invoice, Mgr. told me there was nothing wrong with car and threw keys on counter for me to pick up, they should loose their business liscences and be closed as well as fined for such an unprofessional and unethical business practices. Terrible"

  • Customer came in with prior diagnose for suspension noise and replacement of lower control arm. Complaint about coolant Leak.Before performing any repair customer called-in for estimated cost of repairs. Repairs duly performed after authorization and old parts been saved(Please see Photos attached)

  • American Tires did diagnosis, they even called to increase the amount of work needed as it "would solve all issues" I gave verbal ok to fix even though it increased cost, they only cared about cost not necessarily fixing car, their recommendations did not work they only increased cost, I understand they replaced components erroneously, I am not willing to pay for LABOR to replace components that did not fix issues. Trial and error diagnosis is expensive for customers.

  • We confirm your diagnostic from other repair facility about control arms. Second problem you mention was overheating,which we need to diagnose. Normally diagnostic has separate charge for the time spent on vehicle. Since you were a regular we didn't charge for our time.We fixed only those parts which are either broken ,dried or ripped. Also estimate was not revised the whole job was done in one shot. Not to mention about your warning light for lamp failure which was in side view mirror.
    We offered to you after your surprising phone call that you took your vehicle to dealer and offered to give us the inspection report from the dealer to evaluate that is any thing related to the job we did or some thing else,since your car has 200066 miles.
    We offered that we will be more than happy to take care of our customer if any thing on our part but cannot give you a new car, or repair other concerns for no charge.
    Thanks for your business anyway.
