"I BOOKED MY STAY WITH BOOKING .COM. A FEW DAYS BEFORE MY ARRIVAL FOR 6-22-12 TO 6-27-12. I CHECKED TO SEE I COULD GET A REFUND DUE TO ONE OF MY PARTY WAS SICK.WITH NO LUCK. I DID NOT CANCEL MY RESERVATION. I TRIED SEVERAL TIMES TO CALL ON 6-22 BUT ONLY GOT VOICE MESSAGE 1-407-513-4470. ON 6-23 I LEFT MESSAGE AS SOMEONE WOULD BE ARRIVING. I CONTACTED BOOKING.COM AND SPOKE TO SOMEONE , WHO CONTACTED AMERICAN SUNSHINE AND MY PLACE HAD BEEN SOLD, CANCELLED AND SOMEONE ELSE HAD IT.
SO I FEEL I'VE BEEN SCAMMED AS I HAD ALREADY PAID FOR MY RESERVATION. I CONTACTED ROB DEMPSTER rob@american-sunshine.com WITH MY COMPLAINT BUT WAS UNABLE TO RESOLVE. I FEEL I WAS SCAMMED MY BILL $375.00 + $48.75 TAXES= $423.75. MY NAME IS RONALD DAVIS,1975 GUM LICK RD. LIBERTY, KY. E-MAIL ronalddavis@windstram.net, PHONE 606-787-9217 THANKS"

  • Mr Davis your booking was not cancelled, if you were advised it had been cancelled then you need to take it up with whoever advised you of this. Nobody else used the home that you booked and we did not advise you of this. Please refer to the booking conditions on booking.com that you agreed to on making this reservation with us.
