"I ordered 2 Ampli-Ear hearing amplifiers from them.When they came I tried very hard to use them . When I ordered them I sent a check for $77.50 They offered a money back guarantee, no questions asked. But when I tried to send them back for a refund they refused and sent them back to me unopened. So I am filing a complant against them for false advertisement. And I want my $77.50 retured. I will be happy to return tkeir product when I receive my money."

  • I have the ad in hand and I see nowhere in the ad where it said you have 30 days to return the products. When they arrived the instructions were to take time and give myself time to get adjusted to them,and that is what I did. They are just not for me ,so I tried to return them and they refused to accept them That is why I have filed this claim and I will not be satisfied until I get my money back as was promised in the ad,because I cannot ware these ampliears.
