Claimant says:
"I was working with AIMS, during the last 4 years, as an independent contractor in a particular Medical Diagnostics test, "Nerve Conduction Study Test", everything was running good, but unfortunately, some of my boss' friend, found some Medical Account for us, but He knew that I was charging $75.00 per exam. When this gay sew how much money AIMS has to pay in one month for the medical clinic that he found He told him(my boss), that he wants some money from may pay check. I said NO, this is my job, I have to use my own machine and supplies, and this guy didn't say nothing before I started to work with that clinics, but my boss said to me, that I have to feed that man or We could lost the account, I was very upset and I said NO, if he wants some money he could take it from my boss money,any why, He also received money from the same accounts. I said to him, no from my paycheck. Then the problem continued, I have to resign under my boss pressure. But my boss still own me $24,000.00. My question is, how can I do to AIMS (Many Arias) pay me that money, that He own me since Sep. Oct. Dec. 2010. Please I really appreciate if you can help me.

  • We dispute this claim. Payments were made and cashed by Mr. Serrano.

    Complaints we received in regards to Mr. Serrano's services and pendind termination, Mr. Serrano resigned.

  • AIMS (Manny Arias) own me From Meadows Medical Group November 2010 $6,700.00, December 2010 $4,600.00, plus $1,881.00 that he didn't pay me from October, and $675.00 from Meadows Sep.2010. Then you haven't paid me the money from Fremont Diagnostics Group since Sep, October, December 2010 and January and Feb. 2011 the amount of $8,405.00, I have all documents with me and the Total amount is aproximadly $23,000.Because, before He send 4 cheks of $500.00 each, one in 03/07/11, another 04/2011, one more June13/2011 and the last one in July/2011, the amount that Manny owe me was close to $25,000.00, that all. Yes I resigned because I hadn't another choise. Manny stoped to send me to testing at Fremont Diagnositcs Group, He started to send another Technician to that office, without said nothing to me, and with Dr. Miller office also. And Meadow Medical Group canceled the contract with AIMS, then, automatically I didn't have more clinics with him, but, it doesn't mean, that He didn't have to pay me the money for the time that I worked for him and that He still owe me.
