"Contract #139141152 expires 12/31/13. I am unable to cancel the new contract they hve set up for me in 2014. Service requests have been denied in the past and I don't want to be enrolled by them without my permission for another year. They told my new contract # is 124162852, which I know nothing about. The will continue to bill my credit card each month and deny services. Please assist me in cancelling this contract before their deadline for cancellation. I can't reach them by telephone, no one answers. the number for cancellation is different from the regular telephone 877 489 3559 or 866 765 1691. the # to cancel is 866 774 2961 or 800 858 1922.     To Whom It May Concern:

    American Home Shield (“AHS”) is in receipt of your undated letter regarding the above referenced complaint. The letter has been forwarded to me for review and response.

    Please be advised that Ms. Willrich’s AHS coverage started on January 10, 2013 under AHS Plan Number 124162852. The AHS plan coverage is for one year (January 10, 2013 to January 10, 2014). Section K of Ms. Willrich’s AHS plan states that AHS may, in its sole discretion, elect to renew this contract for a one year contract term, unless otherwise approved by AHS. In the event AHS elects to renew the plan holder’s contract, the plan holder will be notified of the terms within 60 days prior to expiration of the plan holder’s contract. Unless the plan holder notifies AHS prior to expiration of the plan holder’s contract, the plan holder’s contract will be automatically renewed and the plan holder will be charged applicable premium plan fees. Therefore, AHS rightfully scheduled to renew Ms. Willrich’s AHS plan for another year (January 10, 2014 to January 10, 2015) under AHS Plan Number 139141152.

    Ms. Willrich was set up to pay twelve (12) monthly payments for the premium plan fees on the 10th of each month for AHS Plan Number 124162852. Ms. Willrich did not provided AHS with the December 2013 payment of $42.87. In order to resolve this matter AHS cancelled this AHS plan and will no longer attempt to collect the $42.87 from Ms. Willrich. Therefore, no refund is due to Ms. Willrich for AHS Plan Number 124162852

    AHS Plan Number 139141152 was scheduled to start on January 10, 2014 for another year of coverage. However, AHS has cancelled this AHS plan per Ms. Willrich’s request. No premium plan fee payments were made on this AHS plan by Ms. Willrich. Therefore, no refund is due to Ms. Willrich for AHS Plan Number 139141152.

    Please be advised that AHS has no record of any service being denied under the AHS plan and will not provide the requested compensation of $212.47 to Ms. Willrich.
