Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"On May 3, 2016 American Home Inspections, Inc. performed a home inspection at 4321 Valley Rd.
in Casper Wyoming. The inspector was Harry Willis. I went to the house on Saturday May 7, after receiving an inspection report in my email Friday May 6, 2016. I found lights left on, kitchen fridge - freezer left running on high setting. Bathroom window left wide open (wind blowing in). Spare bedroom window unlocked. Rear garage door unlatched. The FURNACE was turned OFF. I do not know who escorted Mr. Willis through the property. I do hold Mr. Willis personally responsible for not returning appliances, lights, windows, doors, and especially the furnace to their closed, locked, and or settings that he found them in when he arrived. His actions show total disregard for property and respect for owners who allow him to enter their homes. Mr. Willis was hired through Stratton Real Estate, 231 E. Midwest, Casper, Wyoming. Agent Ken Capasso. Fortunately no damage was incurred from the rain storm Friday evening. If that had happened compensation would have been sought. Thank you for listening.

A wonderful serenity has taken possession of my entire soul, like these sweet mornings of spring which I enjoy with my whole heart.

I am (not) alone, and I feel the charm of existence in this spot, which was created for the bliss of souls like mine...~ Goethe
