Claimant says:
"i had my car stolen on September 18 , 2016, after three months of a bad investigation , Allstate ins, co, told me they were not going to pay me for my loss because they couldn't figure out how my car was taken, very confusing, very bad investigating, including investigating me mostly, horrible experience , now after i filed a complaint, i am getting harassing phone calls from Pennsylvania office, which is where the individual that was conducting the investigation is, he is extremely rude, and was not able to produce any proof of anything, he just kept contradicting himself in all the phone calls between us, simply horrible, and to boot, the car was damaged, and he said he is just not going to pay to have it fixed, attached is the letter i wrote to Allstate, for details and reference,. please help us out, i am supporting a family of 6 and i really need my car fixed, thank you for what ever you can do for us"

  • This has been going on since September 18th, no credible or reasonable resolution has been reached, allstate is in violation of its policy and some of its adjusters in the state of Pennsylvania have been very ridiculous in their statements particularly Darrel Mathews, to add to the insult he got one of his buddies Bruce Gatti or gabby, to make callstrying to relay the same retoric and ridiculous statements, adding my wifes phone number in his harassing phone calls when she and her phone number were never given out as someone who needed to be involved at all. If they do not want to resolve this then i want this to go public, people need to know just how good hands theyre in. I also heard in September at least 4 other vehicles were stolen in my area, allstate has acted this way with all involved.
