"We had so much damage and missing items it is hard to list. We are missing a box spring and innerspring mattress , valuable , numbered , art statues , scratched formal dining room table , Two grandfather clocks with parts inside that have to be totally reassembled , missing German set of steak knives Antique spool cabinet , box of kitchen accessories , damaged antique table . Nine months later we are still thinking of things we are missing . I also had a gallon bag of coins on my night stand that was to be deposited that day. The coins were take by the lead worker , but of course he denied it but he was the only person in the room putting on numbered tags . The movers were not trained to pack the truck tightly so things would not move around . It was a nightmare on both ends of the move."

  • We ask that they pay us replacement costs for a box spring and inner spring mattress , lady in a swing art piece , damage to personal property , German knife set . I have contacted the BBB in several cities where All my sons has businesses and will soon contact all cities where they are in business. Everyone should know that these people are not responsible with your belongings when you do business with them.

    Mr. Ludwig hired All My Sons Moving and Storage of Southwest Florida for his relocation from Lincolnton, NC to Lady Lake, FL on 08/18/2015 - 08/26/2015.



    Mr. Ludwig has submitted a moving claim almost 9 months later, on 5/19/2016 which we have analyzed and made an appropriate settlement offer based on the signed legal documents and contracts governing the move.



    As to his allegations of theft we have encouraged the customer to file a police report , which he declined to do at the time. We have addressed the allegations, although no credibility can be given based on our internal investigation. We would cooperate fully in any police investigation, should there be one.



    We regret that Mr. Ludwig is unsatisfied with his resolution but we are unable to accept liability beyond the settlement offer previously purposed under his selected coverage on his move.
