Claimant says:
"I was willing to buy Apple Iphones for cheap so I put in an inquiry on Alibaba.com. Second day I got a reply from someone at Alibaba. I have been doing business with Alibaba.com and Aliexpress. I am sure of not losing money so after receiving a reply for my inquiry I wet about it. The other sellers I do business with I chat with them on Whatsapp. I emailed this person named John from company Apple outlet Inc. under Alibaba.com. After putting in an inquiry for Apple IPhone whole sale price I received a message from John Alex. That the Apple iPhone are $200 each unit. If I buy 3 I will get the fourth one for free. The email had contact information about the seller. Since I was doing business with another person from ALIBABA and contacted them through Whats app chat I decided to do so with this one too. A person named Mark Williams from Apple IPhone Outlet sent me an email asking for my information. He asked me for my address, my phone number, and the amount of units I wanted. I answered with my email. He asked me to pay by Western Union I asked if they accept credit card like Aliexpress but he said no. I sent him money by Western Union on the address of John Maxwell, 20 Nisantasi, Istanbul, Turkey 34365. The money came back. Mark contacted me with the name of Michael Williams on Whatsapp and asked me to send money by MoneyGram on Seun Kuye, 9 Lagos st, Lagos, Nigeria, 23401. I sent him money. He then asked me due to custom reasons I will have to pay another $800 for another 4 units. I paid him. He gave me a tracking number for my package and sent me shipping information. The package was held in Mexico because they found another 5 IPhone units. I had to pay $900 to get it released, the package was then in United States and I had to pay $750 for insurance. $50 for each unit. Then Michael asked me for import license which I did not have and paid him $600 to get it made for me. I then had to pay $590 for shipping. Michael promised me this would be last payment. But then he is asking me to pay $400 to get it shipped to me. He never gave me an order number but I received a verification reference from Alibaba. Michael told me we are making order through Alibaba and my order has Assurance Guarantee. But now I did not get anything and he is not willing to refund my money.
