Claimant says:
"My property located 5330 17th Ave S Seattle WA 98108. My ex-husband and I got divorce and we went to the bank with my Pastor as a witness, a simple 1 letter was made and gave him $9000. the following year after I quit working at the post Office due to my hand injury. I want to sell the house and the Value was $170,000. Alice Uy, the piano teacher of my caughter is interested to buy my house but she does not have the money to pay the equity of $15,000. I sold to Alice Uy for $158,000 the balance in the bank is 144,300 in 1995. I mention to her about my husband and encourage to go to the bank but she requested that we go to KIng County and sign some paper. I was surprised becaused it was different from the bank. Alice Uy probably knows what she was doing to trick me. I was ignorant and do not understand because the quit claim is long and and more pages and it was different from the bank. I was hesitant to sign but she insist that everything was fine just sign it and just trust me, that is what she said. I did sign and she sign also. We made an agreement that she will pay me $500.00/mo or less until she paid off. Unfortunately when we went to the Philippines, ilost the agreement. I came back in few month and called her. She yelled at me saying she had an accident and cannot walk and said she does not have money yet. I called again she does not answer the phone and went to the house, she does not open the door. I and my 3 kids moved to California and still praying that Alice will pay me. Do not have contact with her and in 2013 I only realize now that she changed her last name to Martinez, that is why I could not find her. I finally found her phone number and called her last year and told her on the phone that why did she deceived me. She said your house was short sale and king county took it. After our conversation she called a friend at 11pm , she was scared. The son of her friend called me in the morning. Then I received a letter from her lawyer. Then called the lawyer too get the address of Alice Uy, the receptionist answered and said she will call me back. That is why my complain will go to c/o to her lawyers address. The house is used to be rental and me and my kids suffered to stay in one bedroom apartment to save some money. $15,000 is a big amount.

I found out that in ln a few weeks that she quit claim deed it to Emanuel Martinez who become her husband and back quit claim deed it to her again so that my name will be lost. My name at that time was Dolores Millendez and got married last 2005 and become Baybin. She has been defraud me because when I called her in few months asking her why she did not send a monthly check for few months already and that she yelled and said she had an accident and could not walk and she said she does not have money. When she already quit claim deed it to somebody else without telling me.

If I knew that she will not pay me, I could have rent it again and let my sister took care of it. My sister ask me what happen to the house I sold to Alice Uy and I told her that she did not pay me. She was upset and said, I could have taken it. My sister has some rental property also.

There is no way that I will sold to her for the value only. I am not crazy. She is not even my relative. All I know that quit claim deed is only for relative. Alice Uy really cheated me and it was an malice intent.

Please help me even get my money with the interest also for how many years. The signature in the quit claim is fraud because she did not comply with our agreement."
