Claimant says:
"Ms. Flynn-Gedert took $100 from me via check for a down payment on a toy poodle with the understanding I could get my down payment refunded if I didn't want the dog. I filed a claim with you and she said she would send some kind of mail that I would have to sign for with a check for $100. I filed a claim with you all and I have the claim number 5024642-182334. She said the check would be here by Sept. 8, 2014. Today is the 9th and still no check. I wish to reopen my claim because she did not in good faith answer you or me. She's a fraud and a scam artist. Can I reopen my case or file another one on the same woman because the first one was never settled. Also it is a crime to rip off a person over 60 in Florida. I am 69 as of the 19.
